Constitution of NobleLand

Section 1: Authority
Article 1
NobleLand is a Semi-presidential-monarchical constitutional republic.
Article 2
We have a Monarch, a Prime Minister, and a knighthood which acts as a police/judge force, which are known as the 3 rings.
Article 3
The oldest living monarch is the ruling monarch.
Article 4
The Prime Minister is voted in by direct vote from the citizens and is in power for a minimum of 2 weeks. The Prime minister may be in power forever if unchallenged.
Article 5
The Prime Minister may be removed from office before his term expires if approved by a majority in a vote adopted by three-fourths of all active Nobles.
Article 6
On assuming office, a member of The 3 Rings shall take an oath or pledge to uphold the Constitution. Two identical originals shall be executed of this oath or pledge. One shall be kept on Youtube and the other on The Monarch’s computer.
Article 7
The 3 Rings of Authority may be held accountable for executive acts that their ring enacts.
Article 8
No ring may not be prosecuted on a criminal charge without the consent of The Order of the NobleLand Knights.
Section 2: The Order of the NobleLand Knights
Article 1
The Knighthood functions as a police force, lawyers, and judges.
Article 2
You must be selected by the knighthood to become a knight.
Article 3
A Grand Knight is voted in secret by the knights to be their leader.
Article 4
To ask for a dispatch, one is to contact any knight. The knight is to take a small record, and then give the record to the Grand Knight.
Article 5
The Grand knight decides which knights is to preside over a case. 3 knights per case.
Article 6
1 knight takes the defendant’s viewpoint, another takes the plaintiff’s. These 2 act as the lawyers. The 3rd knight mediates between the two, and decides upon a decision as a judge.
Article 7
If a conclusion can’t be met, the case is given to The Grand Knight.
Article 8
Neither The Monarch or the Prime Minister may not be an active member of The Order of the NobleLand Knights
(any Noble may have an honorary title of Knight)
Article 9
The Grand Knight decides whether a Knight has lost eligibility. If the Knight has, they shall be stripped of their title, and are not eligible for re-nomination by The Order of the NobleLand Knights for 30 days.
Article 10
Knights of The Order of the NobleLand Knights are bound solely by the truth, and what they see as the best option.
Section 3: Citizenship
Article 1
To be a Noble, all that is required is taking the NobleLand Pledge.
Section 4: Elections
Article 1
To call for an election, simply post it on the Sub or Facebook, and nominate a candidate.
Article 2
Everyone has the right to vote.
Article 3
If you are not involved with anything that intends to destroy NobleLand, you may run for Prime Minister.
Monarchs and Knights, however, are not eligible. If one is already a knight, they and wish to be Prime Minister, they may relinquish their title to an honorary title so they may run in elections.
Article 4
There is a 2 day campaigning period, and then a 1 day voting period. The new Prime Minister will be announced at the end of the 3rd day.
Section 5: How a Measure Becomes a Rule
Article 1
All Nobles are entitled to introduce measures.
Article 2
Once a measure has been made, the 3 rings have 1 day to ponder privately, and the 2nd day, they shall all council together and decide if it shall be a rule, and if anything should be added to subtracted from the measure
Article 3
If the measure is proposed, and a ring of power is not present to council with the others, the present rings shall decide the measure's fate.
Article 4
A note is to be added if a ring is not present during the 2 day period in The Constitution. Any rule may be reopened and a new 2 day period is begins.
Article 5
All rules shall be published to the public.
Article 6
If 51% of Nobles are unsatisfied with a rule, it is their duty to tell the 3 rings. It is The 3 Rings’ duty to council together on a new solution.
Article 7
If a new system to develop rules becomes what the people want, the current system is to be changed.
Article 8
No one is above the rules.
Section 6: National Bank
Article 1
You earn points every time you post to either the Facebook or this sub. Every post is 50 points. (copied posts do not count) (Anything after 8 Dec 12 is valid)
Article 2
Must post buying/selling/trading of any points on Wanted before modifying your wallet.
Article 3
To make a transaction, both parties must agree, and fill out the wanted form. The person who is giving points must modify their own wallet by subtracting the correct amount of points. They must then document this transaction in the column to the left. After this, the person receiving the points must do the same, but add points.
to document a transaction, you put the date and who it is from/going to
Article 4
Once offer has been redeemed, an X MUST be put in the closed column
Article 5
After a transaction has been completed, the appointed bank knight shall move the transaction from "Wanted" to "Past Transactions".
Article 6
You may go into debt, but no more than -1,500
Article 7
For your wallet to be protected, you must give King Evan your gmail. (His Gmail is [email protected] )
Article 8
Forgery of points is grounds for exile
Article 9
The symbol for a point is to be changed from “.” to “^”.
You put the point symbol after the numbers

Section 7: Human Rights
Article 1
Everyone has the right to worship who, what, when, where, and why they want to. They may do so without fear of the government or fellow Nobles robbing them of civil liberties.
Article 2
Everyone shall be equal before the rules and enjoy human rights regardless of sex, religion, opinion, national origin, race, color, property, beliefs, or ideologies
Men and women shall enjoy equal rights in all respects.
Article 4
Loss of citizenship occur in the event a person accepts citizenship in another Micro-Nation, abuses citizenship, or rebels against NobleLand. All 3 rings must agree to banish a Noble. Temporary loss of citizenship may also occur if a Noble has broken a serious rule.
Article 5
A NobleLand citizen cannot be barred from entering NobleLand nor expelled there from.
No one may be barred from leaving NobleLand except by a Knighthood decision. A person may however be prevented from leaving NobleLand by ruleful arrest.
Every person rulefully residing in NobleLand shall be free to choose his residence and shall enjoy freedom of travel.
Article 6
No one may be deprived of his liberty.
Article 7
A person may be arrested without firm evidence (but needs firm suspicion of crime)
They may only be arrested for 24 hours without charging them with a crime.
Article 8
No one may be tortured or any other inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Article 9
No one shall be required to perform compulsory labor.
Article 10
No one may be punished unless found guilty of a crime according to the rule at the time when it was committed. The sanctions may not be more severe than the rule permitted at the time of commission.
If a rule is changed, all those solely convicted of that crime, shall be released or reimbursed.
Article 11
Death penalty may never be stipulated by the rule.
Article 12
Everyone shall enjoy freedom from interference with privacy, home, and family life.
Article 13
The right of private ownership shall be inviolate. No one may be obliged to surrender his property.
The right of foreign parties to own real property interests or shares in business enterprises in NobleLand may be limited by the rules.
Article 14
A family shall not defined by the state.
Any religion may choose to marry or not marry any group of people.
A NobleLand official (knight, 3 rings) are required to marry any group of people if all the adults consent.
Article 15
People are free to assemble unarmed. Public gatherings may be attended by police. Public gatherings in the open may be banned if it is feared that riots may occur.
Article 16
Everyone is free to pursue the occupation of his choosing.
Article 17
ALL employers WILL pay a living wage (in points)
Article 18
The rules guarantee everyone the necessary care in case of sickness, invalidity, infirmity by reason of old age, unemployment and similar circumstances.
Article 19
The rules shall guarantee for everyone suitable general education and tuition.
(For children, the rules shall guarantee the protection and care which is necessary for their well-being.)

At Age 10, you may do the following:
